Smith Brothers Realty Pty. Limited (Administrators Appointed)
On 22 September 2010, ERA Legal, on behalf of Steven Gladman and Brent Kijurina, as the Joint Administrator of Smith Brothers Realty Pty. Limited (Administrators Appointed) successfully applied to the Supreme Court of NSW to extend the convening period for creditors to meet.
Justice Barrett ordered that the convening period be extended up to and including 15 November 2010.
