Zeacom Establishes Professional Partner Accreditation Program for Australian UC Resellers

Sydney, Australia, 11 April 2011 - Zeacom, a leading provider of Unified Communications and Contact Centre solutions, today released details of its Australian Partner Program. The Program is designed to increase revenue, sales and technical skills as well as extend marketing support for its accredited resellers. 

Margin rebates, sales training, and co-marketing funds will now be available to partners, determined by their level of accreditation and sales revenue.  The tiered accreditation system is based on the number of sales and technical people in each company trained on the Zeacom solution.

Partners can also qualify for free pre-sales training by registering their interest in the program before 30 April.  

Zeacom, which sells entirely through the channel, experienced an increase in Australian reseller numbers in 2010. This is driven partly by the healthy market for Unified Communications and partly by integration with an expanded list of hardware and software-based telephony platforms.  In March Zeacom announced that its Contact Centre solution, ZCC, will interoperate with Microsoft Lync. Zeacom already partners with NEC, Avaya and Cisco resellers across Australia.
